  • We are able to help patients of all ages, from babies to seniors, and everything in between.

  • Treatment shouldn’t be painful. However, it’s not unusual to feel a little sore or stiff for a few days after treatment.

  • Osteopaths are concerned with the whole body and take a more holistic approach. Therefore, an Osteopath may not solely focus on the musculoskeletal system or site of symptoms. An Osteopath may treat areas of your body that seem unrelated to your complaint but are contributing to the over-dysfunction present in your system.

  • Every patient receives an individualized treatment plan. After your initial assessment, we will make recommendations, but because the schedule is busy it’s worth booking a follow-up 1 week after your initial assessment.

  • You should bring any relevant imaging reports to your first visit with you.

  • In order to examine and treat you properly we may need access to different areas of your body near and far from your concern. It’s best to wear or bring comfy, stretchy clothes. For men, a pair of athletic shorts or pants and a loose-fitting t-shirt. For women, a pair of athletic shorts or pants and a loose-fitting shirt or tank top.
