First Visit

Each patient’s unique pattern of symptoms requires an individual solution.

Initial Assessment

Our 60-minute initial assessment includes an interview where we get to know you - your health history, your goals - and answer any questions you may have. After a chat we will assess how your body is moving. During this time, we’ll also explain your treatment plan and time permitting begin your treatment.

The Treatment

Treatments at Unbound Movement may include a variety of modalities, including Physiotherapy and Osteopathy. Treatment lengths can vary and typically include a short assessment of progress, treatment, and a discussion with your provider on your treatment plan.

Treatment Plan

We’ll establish a treatment plan together and discuss how you can optimize your treatment results, including steps you can take before your next appointment to get the most out of each session.

Good to know before you arrive

Safety

Everyone coming into the clinic wears a mask and sanitizes their hands. We perform frequent sanitization of surfaces, hand-washing, and scheduled cleaning between patient appointments.

Payment & Insurance

Payment is required at the completion of each appointment. We accept debit, credit card and e-Transfer. We don’t direct bill your insurance for you, but you can submit your receipt for reimbursement.

Expertise

Brad is licensed in physiotherapy, osteopathy, and strength and conditioning. He draws on all of his education so you get the right treatment at the right time and recover as quickly as possible.


Some questions you may have for us

  • Please arrive no earlier than 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time so that the patient before you can leave and surfaces can be cleaned.

  • Please feel free to park in the driveway. If you are early and the patient before you is still in the driveway street parking is available.

  • In order to examine and treat you properly we may need access to different areas of your body near and far from your concern. It’s best to wear or bring comfy, stretchy, athletic clothes.
