Initial Consultation

Your first experience with us starts with an initial assessment. It includes an interview where we get to know you - your health history, your goals - and answer any questions you may have. After a chat we will assess how your body is moving. During this time, we’ll also explain your treatment plan and time permitting begin your treatment. Please choose this option when booking your first visit with us.

Initial Assessment - $180

Treatment

Standard Treatment (30 minutes) - $100

Extended Treatment (45 minutes) - $160

Comprehensive Treatment (60 minutes) - $180

Cancellation and Missed Appointment Policy

Billing

We strive to provide clear and transparent billing practices to ensure a seamless experience for our patients. Please review our billing policies below.

• Payment is required in full at the time of your appointment. We accept various payment methods, including cash, debit, e-transfer and credit cards.

• A surcharge of 2.4% will be applied to all credit card payments to cover processing fees.

• Please note that we are unable to offer direct billing to insurance providers. We provide detailed receipts for reimbursement, however patients are responsible for submitting claims to their insurance company.

• All outstanding balances must be settled before scheduling or attending future appointments. If payment is not received, we reserve the right to cancel any upcoming appointments until the account is brought up to date.
